Work is often a very large part of our life. The relationships we form in the workplace, as well as the impact work has on our personal lives can often be significant. This becomes even more evident when perhaps we come to a crossroads and aren't even sure what we want to do anymore in regard to work. Maybe you've been in the same job a long time and feel 'stuck', or maybe you're questioning everything for many valid reasons. Sometimes this can feel really overwhelming, especially when we have responsibilities and financial pressures that cause us more stress to be able to take time off or look for another type of job. Sometimes we don't even know where to look anymore. Let's talk about it, you may be surprised what you discover is possible.
People are any businesses most important asset. Without a good team, it is unlikely you can have a productive and successful business. Rather than acting reactively and 'putting out spot fires', act proactively. Ensure strategies in place to support the wellbeing of you and your team.
This can be achieved in numerous ways, such as:
Conducting anonymous wellbeing surveys
Providing debrief support for teams
Critical incidents support
Mediation support for conflict between colleagues/managers,
Assisting staff to communicate more effectively
Build upon employee's resilience/confidence building and more.
I can also tailor specific training packages for you and your organisation on various topics. The options are endless. Get in touch today and we can chat about how I can best assist.

1 in 5 adults experience mental health issues each year, and serious mental illness costs America $193.2 billion in lost earnings annually.
Don't be a statistic. Let's put measurable, preventative strategies in place to ensure you and your team achieve a healthy life/work balance.
Whether in your cubicle at work, at a family dinner, in your car, or waiting in line, you can try this technique anywhere. Even one deep breath lets your body know that you are turning off the “fight-or-flight” response and turning on the “rest-and-restore” system. Deep, relaxing breaths also take the edge off anxiety, slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure. (For tips, click here.) The decision to take a few deep breaths is a powerful way to help yourself get back in control. All the mini-meditations below will be more effective with deliberate breathing.
“Notice 5 Things” exercise. If you want to tune in to your surroundings, decide to notice five interesting things you can see, hear, feel, or smell. This simple exercise will enliven any routine activity, such as a walk, by inviting you to notice what is unique, new, or previously unseen. It’s literally an eye-opener.
Count to 10.
By counting or trying to recall the lyrics to your favourite son, your brain needs to shift focus directly to something else and can help you be more in the moment instead of 'flight'.
